Dr. William Noel Hawkins, MD

He was just sanction by the TX board of medicine for failure to meet the standard of care for a patient and her unborn child, both of whom later died. He had previously been disciplined by the board for improper care in several other cases, including failing to provide a tubal ligation and failing to diagnose a syphilis infection. his practice had to be monitored by the state for 2 year.

I hope somebody sees this rating and decides to take their business elsewhere. This place is atrocious. Don’t waste your time here

He delivered my 1st bby and made the experience amazing. I loved him and his staff, and I would definitely have him to deliver my next whenever that day may come.

Since my OBGYN passed away ive been too nervous to take on a new physician. I have tried, I began to believe bedside manner just does not exist anymore... Until I met Mr. Hawkins. He made me feel completely comfortable and he went over everything with me like we had known eachother for years. I would recommend him to anyone. I will definitely be seeing him as my Dr for many years to come.

Dr. Hawkins and his welcoming staff are extremely patient and respectful. Throughout my first pregnancy and labor I was very comfortable. He has a good sense of humor and his staff may answer your questions if he's busy with other patients or will make sure you receive a call back. He also has a lot of patients though but he is very kind

This doctor has the best demeanor. Makes you feel completely at ease in moments. Very professional, kind, thorough.

Dr. Hawkins has an awesome bedside manor. He is very sweet and makes you feel comfortable. He talks to you during the whole exam to make you feel at ease. now his office staff is a whole other issue. They are how should I say kinda getto. Not very friendly at all. they push you along like cattle. I still would though just because Dr. Hawkins is a GREAT doctor. But the are very very busy but its worth the wait.

I'm glad I ignored the negative comments about Dr. Hawkins. He has been one of the most professional and concerned doctors I've ever visited. I work with a lot of physicians so, trust me when I say he's genuinely concerned about the welfare of his patients. I've even witnessed other doctors asking him for advice. I refer ladies to him all of the time and he's always willing to accept them. He's not like some of the others that think they are to good to care for Medicaid and Medicare patients. I admire his strength of character. He's truly one of Beaumont's finest.

Still wondering who I haven't received an appointment..week number 2 now. Waiting.......

Dr. Hawkins has great bedside manners. IMy friends and family continue to go to him because he is a great doctor. I appreciate the fact that he continue to accept new patients. There are only a couple of doctors in Beaumont willing to accept Medicaid and Medicare. He is kind, smart and compassionate. Choose any doctor you want, I'm keeping Dr. Hawkins.
