Dr. William S Pollard, MD

We have been going to Dr Pollard for several months now. His diligence and care of details really were key in discovering the cause of our infants failure to grow. Every appointment he has given sound advice about ways we can improve our child's health and quality of life. We have greatly appreciated his care and experience as a pediatrician.

So rude and condescending to myself and my 3yr old autistic daughter. He is unkind and unprofessional, he needs some serious looking into by the medical board. He will never see my child again. Do NOT go to him, see Dr Meagan Ester she is WONDERFUL!!!! Patient and kind, seems to genuinely love and care about children.

We went to Dr. Pollard from birth to age 8. Fairly satisfied for the first 4 years or so, but it was impossible to get an urgent appointment for any reason. He is "out of the office" or on vacation more than any doctor I know. Referral was finally made, but NEVER addressed or followed up on and with an 80% hearing loss and waiting 3 months for an answer, I changed pediatricians and reported him to the state as well as to Multicare. Time to retire, I think. He is arrogant and rude, particularly if you question his advice or diagnosis. Unpleasant to deal with, although when they can keep medical assistants (they seem to drop like flies in this office), they are good.

when he doesn't have an answer for a question, he uses sarcasm and insults to distract you from not getting an answer to your problem or issue. he should be retired and it is a shame that a dr like such as him remains practicing especially in pediatrics. was not helpful, or informative and we are finding another doctor asap.

I like Dr. Pollard, He took the time to talk to me about concerns and took the time to answer the questions. He also make little conversation about related problems in his personal experiences. I found that his advices was very helpful and kept my 3 kids healthy. I'm looking forward for my daughter's 2 yrs check up.

He was extremely rude. He took my phone from my son (3yrs ols) and turned it off and refused to give the phone back to me even though my son was quietly being entertained by a learning app. until the end of the when I retrieved it off the bed. .He proceeded to make fun of my son because he didn't understand what he did wrong which made him cry at that point. He threaten to take my daughters entertainment away too. We were there to get answers regarding my infants rash which he couldn't give me any informative answers except apply over counter creams. He was running extremely late and took it out on us and my children which were all upset by the time we left. My daughter was extremely polite and waited to ask her questions to the end of the appt which impressed me but dr pollard laughed at her and said he didn't have time for her and shut the door in her face. We will never see this doctor again. Although in fairness the others doctors I've seen in this office were wonderful.

Very rude.Refused to do testing that was needed for my childs health.Insensitive, rude. Referred to my one year old as this child. He said will you keep this child away from my keyboard.Receptionist in the front was extremely sweet, understanding and polite. Office manager was made aware of my concerns right away and was told the owner would be contacted.It is a shame that a Doctor with that much "experience"would be so terrible.
