Dr. William Randolph Procell, MD

Although he is a GREAT Doctor, the STAFF in his front office is EXTREMELY nasty, rude, and bias. They go as far as hanging up on you if you call with the simplest question. If you dot want to be treated like street trash you shou take your business elsewhere because the front office will surely treat you as such.

This is a wonderful doctor, who is kind d with words and very considerate of the needs of his parients

Terrible first impression, have not actually had appointment yet. Whoever is answering the phone and booking appointments needs a lesson in courtesy, patience, and just people skills in general. She was extremely snippy and inconvenienced to book my appointment. Extremely unsatisfied patient. This is unacceptable behavior and needs to be addressed immediately.

This guy is really effeminate and a little arrogant. I think he owns this really big clinic and sort of struts around. You can walk in without an appointment but not sure it's worth it. I thik they are just a 'testing' factory. He orders a LOT of xrays, blood tests, and stuff and I asked several other doctors and they said most of those test were not necessary.I really don't like this doctor at all, but I go there because I can go without an appointment. If I have time, I always go someplace else. I don't really trust this doctor very much.
