Explained everything great for me to understand. Was on a timely manner. Didn't have to wait long on him to come into the room. And he was very polite and friendly.

We love Dr. Ladd. He always takes time to explain things and answer questions. Cooperates well with my other doctors. And maintains his schedule well so we’re not waiting an extraordinary amount of time for our appointment! Highly recommend

I arrived about 15 mins ahead of time. I was called prior to appointment time. Dr Ladd & and his staff were very professional, courteous and easy to talk to. They were eager to help. Would highly recommend them.

Dr Ladd is the best doctor I ever went to. He’s very kind patient and he explains everything that is going on with you and I always leave refreshed when he speaks to me. He’s so good at what he does. I recommend him to anybody and I already have recommended him, and I always will.

Dr Ladd is an excellent Doctor. He is extremely knowledgeable and caring and he explains everything so it is easy to understand. I have been going to him for several years and my husband went in the exam room with me this time and he wants to change his Doctor to Dr Ladd he was so impressed with his bedside manner and his knowledge and skills.

Loved our brand new experience with Dr Ladd. I love how he listened to us understood what we were saying about my mother and his explanations of all her testing were incredible! Definitely going back to him! I recommend him Highly!! The office staff was very nice and accommodating!
