Dr. Sargeant needs to show his new partner Dr. J.K. Porter his great techiques on a range of treatments, so we it comes time to turn over his practice to Dr. Porter he will have the same great knowlege that Dr. Sargeant already has. In the mean time Dr. Porter can be learning Dr. Sargeants great techiques.

The office staff was just horrible especially the front desk personnel just horrible stool there awaiting to check out and the receptionist didn't have the courtesy to say give me a second I'll be right with you all she just sat there like we wasn't even standing there for 15 mins we stool there before she said anything to us we was already there for about 2 1/2 hours just awfully experience

I am trying to be impartial, but it is very hard. I thought my first visit went ok, but I felt I had a lot of questions left over that I felt were either ignored or not given proper attention to. Visits only got worse, and he has some of the rudest staff I have ever met at a doctor's office. Honestly, I don't like D.O.'s because their philosophy for treatment and diagnoses are ridiculous (especially when dealing with pain). I went to him probably 7 times total, and would not recommend this doctor to anyone else.

My Husband and I HAD been patients of Dr Sargent in Montgomery alabama for several years.. and have always had problems getting appoints when you absolutely need to see a dr .. but not emergency room.. They can never see us on the same day.. If you do get in.. then we never saw the Doctor.. it was Always just a Physican Assistant and when the staff schedules.. it is NEVER ON TIME.. expect hour wait AT LEAST from your appt time. After the last time of needing to see a Dr. after a weekend trip to the ER and not able to get an appointment.. I have requested both our Medical Records to be transferred to Dr CHAMNONG FAMILY PRACTICE.. where the DR and STAFF Truly seem to Care About their Patiens and their healthcare ! DONT GO TO SEE DR SARGENT.. that Office and ENTIRE STAFF are a JOKE !!!

Wait time can be two to Eight hours. Usually you are seen by a nurse practioner NOT the Dr. unless you want to wait a LONG time.
