Dr. Spillane received his undergraduate degree from Belmont Abbey College and his medical degree from the University of Medicine and Dentistry of New Jersey, New Jersey Medical School at Newark. He interned in the Department of Medicine at Monmouth Medical Center, Long Branch, NJ and completed residencies in the Department of Anesthesiology at Monmouth Medical Center and in the Department of Medicine, Division of Neurology, at Duke Medical Center. A fellowship in Pain Management and Regional Anesthesia was completed at the Naval Hospital San Diego, San Diego, CA. He is certified by the American Board of Pain Management, the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology, and the American Board of Anesthesiology.

When I finally got in to see Spillane, I was at the end of my rope! He has turned out to be such a great Doctor!! He's willing to listen, and has been very proactive in my care! I feel like I've found MY place! Thank all of you!

The procedures I have had are painfully in nature. Dr. Spillane was always careful and kind

I have had two Nerve Block injections. The first one gave me some relief from pain in my right leg all the way down and my back. so we did a second Nerve Block injection and after a couple weeks I have improved even more. After a follow up I didn't need a third injection and after a couple more weeks I am doing even better. I thank Dr Spillane so much for his care and his Nurse is so nice , she made me relaxed and told me what was going on..I would recommend this office to anyone who would need a Nerve Block Injection.

My mother was treated by this office, they are draconian in their abuse of power. People in pain are weak, they will tolerate horrible behavior and abuse for relief, this office seems to enjoy seeing patients suffer and uses their power to relieve pain as a tool to teach them s lesson. Specifically sending my mother away in pain so severe she was crying for a long weekend with no meds because she was 15 min late for an appointment.

Very dismissive. Questioned referral Dr's diagnosis. Refused to provide service. HORRIBLE attitude.
