I had a great experience. No surgery is pleasant but Dr Pace. Was a great listener. He had tips for home rehab that had me up and going in no time.

Just forgot to aid a few things yesterday about this Doctor. He is arrogant, insulting and has a "Lord God Doctor complex" Like I said I would never return to see this Doctor again due to the nerve damage I received from hip surgery.

I had Hip surgery done by Dr. Pace in 2013. I am still having problems due to nerve damage done when I had the Hip surgery. I will never ever return to see this Dr. I have to go now and have nerve blocks done and scar tissue removed from the scar to see if this will help my pain. Still am having problems with this hip surgery and if I could turn the clock back I would have never ever had him do the surgery on me. I do not recommend this Dr. at all.

This dr might be good if you've been ripped up in a car crash, but I went for a chronic tendon pain making me limp for months now. He made me wait almost an hour, then did exactly ONE strength test ( raise up on my toes) exactly 20 seconds of his precious time and told me there was nothing he could do and that my running days were over. That was it. No imaging, no other tests, nothing . I went to a different dr and he sent me to body in balance PT and in 45 minutes ( a tape job for the tendon and show inserts to support the tendon) and I walked out with ZERO limp. They say running will be in a month or six weeks. That's it. Don't go to this guy, don't support this type of crud attitude he has. I was totally devastated when he told me it was over. I almost believed him! I almost cried. He's a money grubbing liar. Corrupt and lazy.

Fixed some nasty elbow, was excellent pre and post surgical, would not hesitate to see him again. Spent plenty of time and answered both my and wife's questions. Sorry he was not in the office when I hurt my knee would have preferred to see him because of such a good previous experience.

Dr. Pace is very condescending and insulting. All he wanted to do was operate on me. He is HORRIBLE, I will never see him again!!! I went to Dr. Schumacher in Anchorage and he was very good and understanding.

Dr. Pace came highly recommended through another Dr. The only time I waited very long in the waiting room was on the first visit. He always asks questions and listens to the response and I have never felt that he rushed through the examination. Has always found the problems even when others have not. So far surgeries have gone well and diagnosis has been correct so that problems have been solved. When called for, he has referred me to other surgeons with more experience in the item in question. He has become my orthopedic doc of preference.

He has not kept up to date with new procedurs. Tends to insult patients. Major "lord god doctor complex.'If you hurt at work, you do not want to see him, ven if he the lsat doctor on earth, The insurer rules in his oractice.Very conservative, Does not take risky cases.
