He did nothing to resolve the issue. Prescribed medication and basically said return in a month? Based on others comments, there is no way I will go back to see him. Does not listen to the concerns from the patient? Doesn’t even let you speak. Interrupts and inserts himself when not needed. In today’s world. Compassion, caring good customer service is a must. We will go find that type of doctor.

My son has been dealing with severe ear ache. We went to Dr Gordon 3 times within a two week timeframe. He gave him 2 steroid shots and prescribed him 3 different antibiotics. At the last visit he explained to us that there was nothing wrong with my son. I asked him what would be our next step since my son was obviously in a lot of pain. He yelled at me explaining that he had over 40 years of experience and that we more than welcome to go see another physician. WOW! This man is a poor excuse for a human being! He should not be practicing medicine!

I saw Doctor Gordon for about 5 years as a child due to hearing loss. He was regularly VERY late to the appointments. I was prescribed steroid allergy medicine this entire time when I did not have allergies and was instructed to try to pop my eardrum off of my bone. The doctor I later changed to said I should not have been prescribed the medicine and that it was impossible to get the ear drum off my bone. I was instructed to have follow up appointments including hearing tests every 3 months. My other doctors I have been to since said I only need yearly checkups. I sincerely believe Dr Gordon made me have so many appointments to get money for the visits. He would tell me I needed tubes and then the next time that my ears were better and I didn't need them. This went back and forth for the duration of my time with Doctor Gordon. While I do believe he diagnosed me correctly, I don't think my treatment was correct.

Caused DVT to my wife and pain that continues today after seven years of his butchery. He was reported and brought up before The Texas Medical Board but as usual got only a slap on the wrist. Don't pay attention to these starts you see on his reviews. he really doesn't care and quite incompetent. We can't sue in Texas and I don't want any money but would have loved to see him get punished for the pain and the distress he needlessly caused.

I've been going to Dr Gordon for over 6 months & I haven't been any better. Dr Gordon seems distracted & does not answer patient's questions. He orders test, after test without any explantations.He seems to ref patient to another doctor, w/out ever explaining why to patient. I feel he should retire, before an unpleasant medical situation occurs.

Dr. Gordon was a very pleasant and experienced ENT doctor and did a great job of clearing up my ear infection and ear problems in my two visits as a first time treatment and a following checkup visit.

Went to Dr. with specific problem. Never addressed my concerns. Just ran other test, couldn't do anything, referred me to other ENT. WORTHLESS What he was good at was billing and demanding payment.

I was looking forward to being free of continous infections of my ear after the surgery, but instead of having infections once-twice a year, now I have them once-twice a month, spend more money on antibiotics and antifungal drops, and more on doctor visits than before. I have changed the doctors since and will be scheduling another surgery with my new doctor. My recent doctor told me that "the previous doctor did not do a good job" by leaving me with a huge mastoid cavity, which now gets infected all the time. Also, the mastoid bone from behind of my ear has been removed by Dr. Gordon, and I was not informed about it before or after the surgery. I don't need to mention how the back of my ear looks like after this procedure. The new doctor will have to reconstruct the back of my ear by implanting the plastic mastoid, he also plans on reconstructing my hearing. My goal of having a safe dry ear was not achieved with dr. Gordon. If I did not change the doctors, he would still profit from… this surgery by having me pay for his services more often than before the surgery. Each visit my insurance was being charged 300+.If you are considering a surgery, go find another doctor. Not to mention that the actual cost of the surgery was double of what I was being quoted when asking for the financial aspects of having the surgery.

Dr. Gordon successfully removed my tonsils four years ago, as an adult, and it immediately cured my further suffering from sleep apnea and constant throat infections. A few weeks after, I went for a follow up so he could make sure I healed nicely and that it did indeed help cure my problems. Within the past four years, he's always taken his time during his examinations to explain to me what's going on (i.e. when he diagnosed my TMJ or acid reflux). My only complaint is the somewhat long wait (at least 30-45 minutes on average).

Surgery with this doctor resulted in DVT, bleeding, and blood thinners for more than a year. Didn't use pressure boots to prevent DVT in spite of being asked to do so. Never bothered to check up on the patient after the surgery or the resulting complications. He is currently being investigated by the Texas medical board and a negligence law suit is in the works. Nice and wonderful until you go under his knife and he gets paid. Dr. Jekyll and Mr. Hyde. Beware and don't trust what you see.
