Bedside Manner Could Use Improvement

Was recommended to him by another doctor. Initial appointment wasn't with him, but rather a staff member. Had a very long wait time once in the examining room. Not sure what took so long but the appointment was over 3 hours total. Performed surgery for a fracture. Was not told what to expect after surgery regarding pain level, any potential complications, etc. When calling his office about excessive pain was told to continue present medications via his nurse. Don't expect to talk to him. No compassion shown, very cold and uncaring personality.

Dr. Stewart performed ACL surgery on my daughter and knee surgery on myself. He is very professional and listens to all you concerns. He isn't quick to make a decisions. He makes sure that he gives you the treatment that is best for your personal situation

Doctor's bedside manner is stiff and difficult. HIs nurse is extremely rude and unknowledgable. Not a professional. Bad follow through for procedures. Follow up non- existent. Desk staff friendly.
