Dr. William Van Wurm, MD

Received a bill that was well over 6 months past the date of service due to a billing issue. Every time I attempted to resolve this issue they were unable to complete and file the proper information to the insurance company. When I attempted to speak with the billing department the front desk would say that is not possible because they out source it. I even had the insurance company speak to them with me still placed on hold and received a bill for the past three months. I then tried to speak with the front desk clerk about resolving the situation but she continued to state I can't do anything, which I understood but could not understand why this continued for over three and a half months. I called this last time and the front desk clerk placed me on hold without stating she was doing so and then I received a separate call from the actual physician. I have never been placed on hold without someone stating they were doing so, especially a professional but I would not recommend this… physician and his bedside manner is awkward and he tells other doctors that your child is making up their issues, and then proven wrong by medical tests. I feel he needs to take more professional development courses and possibly take a business class.

Dr Wurm is very conscientious. He spent extra time figuring out my sons odd condition. His waiting room and office is fresh, clean and comfortable. I recommend him often.

If you are looking for a Doctor for your children. I would highly recommend Dr. Wurm. My Children love him.
