Dr. William Zamora, DO

Let me start by saying it takes a lot for me to leave a negative review. People make mistakes and I’m very understanding of that but there are limits. Do yourself a favor and listen to these poor reviews. Learn from the experiences of the people who suffered through the poor service and care this facility offers. Just move on to the next dr on the list. I assure if they have a longer wait your issues will still be resolved sooner than if you visit dr Zamoras office. This has got to be one of the worst doctor offices I’ve ever been to. 2-3 hour waits past appointment times, run arounds and unnecessary appointments required. I called for two weeks without return call, finally had to drive down and walk in. Revived referral for mri, took a day off work to get imaging done, appointment was moved because of a problem getting the referral cleared. Rescheduled, took another day off work, insurance denied referral because instead of a clinical code, dr wrote “pain in knee and neck”. Insurance… required dr to call to keep appointment open. I called (and got through for the first time in weeks) only to be told that I needed to schedule an appointment for them to tell me that my xrays came back without issues (clearly neither my neck or knee is broken, and they already told me this information). I can safely say that not one ailment that I went into this office for was resolved. Please save yourself the headache and choose a different doctor.

El doctor es espectacular y Paula no se diga! No creo que tenga las mejores colaboradoras a su alrededor si solo el pusiera personal un poco mas capacitado y educado hacia el servicio al cliente!! Como Dr. Si lo recomiendo

I'm coming to the office and the appointment are cancelled without any notification. The reason: Dr. Zamora has to visit a hospital today. Rude and unprofessional staff, prefect useless!

I disagree with previous reviews because I consider Dr William Zamora DO one of the best doctors, an excellent professional and extremely dedicated to his patients.

I do not recommend this doctor. Although it is easy to get an appointment with him, his bedside manner is awful. Takes about an hour wait after coming in on time for your appointment. Lack of courtesy by both him and his staff have made my experience less than pleasant. I am now looking for a new primary care physician.

They were able to get me in for same day appointment. Front desk is so unprofessional. They take forever to call back with results and honestly dont even care from the rude response i had from the receptionist. I thought i was going to receive personal attention from Dr. But I should of just had gone to my community clinic.
