My experience with dentist Winnie Wilson has been both disappointing and distressing. Following a dental cleaning performed by her in September, I have been grappling with significant and ongoing dental problems that have severely affected my daily life. The service was so far from my expectations that, if possible, I would rate it negatively. The cleaning, performed by Winnie Wilson was so rough that I've been in constant pain since, and despite her suggestion to signal discomfort, that method felt more like a precursor to justify an aggressive treatment. Following the cleaning, I experienced severe pain and returned to her within days. When I inquired whether the pain could be related to the recent cleaning, Winnie Wilson dismissed the idea, attributing it to previous fillings or teeth grinding, which did not align with my dental history or the timing of symptoms. Consequently, I am now potentially facing extensive and expensive dental procedures, costing upwards of $5,000 and a… recovery period of 6-8 months if my condition does not improve – a daunting prospect both financially and emotionally. This entire experience has been more than an inconvenience; it has been a source of continuous pain, discomfort, and anxiety. Winnie Wilson will need to take a hard look at her patient care practices and the manner in which she handles post-treatment complications and patient feedback.
