I had my blood work done a week prior to this visit I went and saw him all of 20 minutes, he minimized my test results ( actually never told me) and said to me “if my patients had your diagnosis they would be very happy”! I left there thinking everything’s good my labs were just elevated I go home and log into my chart and find that I am have chronic kidney disease stage 3D !! I picked up the phone to try to call the office got a medical gal , I was upset asked her to have him please call me. A week went by no call I sent him a my chart message couple days went by no response again!! Finally I call and ask for office manager again and was very upset I broke down and cried on the phone And expressed to her how shocked I was that this is how they treat new patients. He called me back that day told me that he didn’t wanna work with me anymore, and that I’m not allowed to come back because I was rude to his staff! Wow is all I can say. My family went to this office for 30+ years… to see doctors Zarconi and never ever did we have this type of a problem. shame on you Dr Buenafe! I’ll tell everybody I know my experience with you.
