Dr. Xiang Li, MD

Very knowledgeable and let's the patient have a say in their healthcare; a very good listener. I've been seeing him for at 10+ years. He's always given me great healthcare and great advice. Waiting time for appt is never too long. If I need an emergency appt tho, I will usually go to an urgent care center and have the records forwarded since it's tough to get a same day or next day appt (and that's what urgent care centers are for). I have been seeing Dr. Li since the early 2000s. He is my primary care physician. Dr. Li is personable, easy to talk to, and although he runs a busy group practice (part of a 2 PCP practice), I do not feel rushed whenever I see him. He also knows his limits on treating certain conditions and will give recommendations and referrals instead of trying to treat everything (e.g. when I potentially needed an endoscopy, he recommmended a Gastro in the area). I really like Dr. Li as my PCP.

The doctor is very terrible. Not only he could not cure me for just cold, and he asked me to have X Ray which is totally not necessary. He just wants to make money. But also I have very bad experience with his office stuff and complaint to him. I was amazing that he totally standed on his stuff's side. This made me more angry. So I decided to leave this doctor. Very terrible doctor who is just for money and never really concern about patient's health.

First of all, they have the worst staff working for them. Most of the staffs are young and inexperienced. Seem like they were young immature high school kids. They don't know what they are doing and like to gossip out loud. Second, even if you have an appointment and get their early you still have to wait at least 1 hour before being seen. What is the point of having an appointment. Always overbooked. Sometime I feel they want to have as many patient as possible for that day. Once its your turn they make you go and do all of these unnecessary test. If your lucky enough to get see him he rush through your visit for the next patients. Seem like him and his wife favor Chinese patient more then other race. Worst experienced ever. Would never go back to this doctor again.

Staffs did not understand whether the insurance in cover or not. Doctors ( he and his wife) poor manner to explain the insurance cover.

Dr. Li has been my doctor for the past 10 years. He is genuinely concerned for my health and well being. He will spend as much time on you as the last patient so the wait is always well worth it. When I had gotten seriously sick on multiple occasions, he would always call a few days later after his office has closed to see how I was doing. Dr. Li is the most caring doctor I have ever had!! His office is also very clean and he makes me feel very comfortable every time!
