XINGJIA CUI M.D., M.P.H. MSI am a board-certified psychiatrist with 30 years of clinical experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions. I earned my medical degree from Southeastern University Medical School in Nanjing, China. I completed my residency at University of Rochester, and pursued a fellowship at Harvard Medical School. Dr Cui is a wonderful doctor. I was addicted to pills for 15 years and have been on suboxone for 1 year now. I have not relapsed at all. He talks to me every appt. Not for a short time either. It's always around a half hr. He listens and helps people.

Dr. Cui is a great doctor. He offers addiction rehabilitation services in Canandaigua where there are few doctors that do. He is strict though, don't expect to get a dirty urine and have him be okay with it. He will recommend you go to rehab or he will stop being your doctor & that's how it should be.

Never spent any time with me. Long enough to ask how the meds were working and refill my prescription. Took a co-pay and would never give me a receipt. I never saw it come through my insurance either. Maybe I should have asked to seen his license. I fired him.

He has ruined my life . Has kept me on suboxzone for several years . Now that he is being investigated by dept of justice i have spoken to a attorney and will be suing him.
