Horrible horrible bed side manner!! Doesnt contact family members after daily phone calls. Prescribes over allowed dosages of medications and lets his patients go without fixed prescriptions!

Excellent Physician.

1st time visit that did not happen. I arrived 15 minutes early to fill out paper work that was not given until I had been sitting for 15-20 minutes. After waiting and filling out paperwork and waiting, I had been there 45+ minutes. I asked the reception when I would be seen since I had a 11:30 appointment and it was now after 12:00. They told me it would be a while since there were four other people in front of me, and that Dr. Greenstein was running behind. I asked to have my appointment cancelled. It is one thing to be a little late (15-30 min max), but to have four other people in front of you that require at least 30 minutes, then time for Dr. notes would have put me at more than three hours late. I should have been notified when I checked in, or at the least notified when I turned in my paperwork and politely asked to reschedule. My time is every bit as valuable as that of Dr. Greenstein's. Lastly, the office had a unclean like appearance. I do not recommend going to… this office, reception did not appear competent, and patient time should be respected.

Absolutely TERRIBLE! I'm going to post negative reviews on every site I can find. I waited 2 hours in your office on Oakland Park only to finally see a PA. NO one mentioned that, the Dr. with whom I made the appointment wasn't even in. They insisted I use there in house pharmacy, medzdirect, and promised my meds the following day. They never came. Trying to get through to the office took 4 tries over an hour. They never sent in the prescriptions! SO, the promised to call my choice Walgreens. That was hours ago, Walgreens still has nothing. I went through the trouble of calling the office, again, and they said it could take up to 24 hours. It's been 4 days. Do they not understand this is a medical office and these medications are important? I won't be back and I thank you for nothing. I'm going to post this everywhere I can.

Dr. Greenstein listens to his patients and actually cares. I found him charming.
