Dr. Yasir El-Sherif, MD

I scheduled an appointment with Dr. Yasir El Sherif on behalf of my parents and waited almost ten months for it. My parents even flew back early from abroad to be seen. When I called the day before to confirm, I was told the appointment had been canceled weeks earlier. No one ever notified me, and staff falsely claimed they left a voicemail. That is not true, and I can prove it with phone records. They have my correct contact information because months earlier they successfully called to offer a canceled spot with the nurse practitioner, which we declined. The front desk staff were indifferent, dismissive, and unhelpful. Brianna at the office could not have cared less, and the supervisor, Alicia, gave a half apology and offered no reasonable solution. The only option offered was an appointment months later with the nurse practitioner or being placed on a wait list and hoping for a cancellation. Expecting that after canceling without notice is unacceptable. Patients deserve better.
