If I could leave no stars, I would. 2023 update (original review was in 2017): I requested all of my records from Swedish ER from this night. The provider notated then that I didn’t seem to be in any distress upon discharge. This is completely false. I left the room bawling at discharge because she didn’t listen to a single thing I said wholeheartedly. The staff at the nurse’s station saw this, as well as the checkin staff member. My friend who came with me saw this as well. I still remember this experience 6 years later as the worst experience I have had with a healthcare professional and it has made it more difficult for me to entrust medical professionals with my care. I was gaslit and disregarded while in some of the worst throat pain I have ever had (and I’ve had strep as well as COVID as of present day). Please never trust Dr. Ansari with your health. Dr. Ansari examined me for seconds in 2017 at the Swedish ER in Seattle before declaring that everything looked good & that any… labs were to confirm this hypothesis. She ended on a negative note by giving a condescending lecture on the misuse of antibiotics. I have worked in the health care industry. She does not trust the patient's knowledge of their health and it shows. In the end, she prescribed something that could not be filled at a regular pharmacy and my PCP prescribed antibiotics. I would not recommend her to anyone!

Dr. Ansari has an uncommon blend of compassion and pragmatism. Wish they all could have that.

Dr. Ansari treated me for an allergic reaction at Ballard. She kept me updated on my vitals and verbosely answered any questions that I had. Yasmeen was kind and had a smile on her face even though it was 3 in the morning.

Dr. Yasmeen was the most condescending doctor I have ever seen. I don't know why she went to medical school because it is very obvious she has no passion for taking care of sick patients. Absolutely negligent.

My son saw this physician in the Swedish Ballard emergency room. She was rude and insulting and didn't even perform a physical exam for his abdominal pain. She was negligent by not examining him or addressing his problem.
