I started my research in looking for an internal medicine doctor that specializes in Endocrinology. I looked under a website that provided reviews for doctors along with their ratings. Dr. Yau-Liang Su was highly rated so I set up my initial consultation with this provider. Upon our first meeting together I went over the many medical issues that I deal with being Type 2 diabetes, hypertension, high cholesterol , low thyroid and anemia. I was very upfront and honest with Dr. Su regarding my conditions. He assured me that this would be something that he can defiantly help me with, gave me hope that he was the doctor I needed and that he would be able to assist me in all of those area's. He wanted to get some labs done to see where my levels where at and that we would go from there. This is when the problem started to arise. I was sent three separate times to have labs done! Most of them overlapping what I already had done. Once he felt like he got enough labs out of me he had me… scheduled for our second visit. He read me my labs told me where I was at to then tell me that he would be able to treat my type 2 diabetes only and that was it. He told me that I should find another doctor to help me with my other medical issues and then proceeded to say that it would be best that I be seen by another doctor completely and that he would not be treating me anymore and turned away. I have an HSA account, I do not have a small copay everything applied to my deductible including the three times I had to get my labs done. At the end I came out of pocket with 2 office visits and 3 blood work claims that came out to over $700. I am now left to start all over. I do not recommend this provider to anyone he is a fraud and his communication is slim to non being that he has very broken English. I hope that who finds this will learn from my experience and by pass seeing this doctor.

worst experience ever.... unprofessional staff,, talked to doctor, and then they took my blood and that was it... no direction what so ever, did not do any follow ups..called me the same day to tell me that they forgot to take one more test. do not recommend at all... office very old and not updated
