Dr. Yeshwant Patlolla Reddy, MD

It is not possible to contact & speak with anyone in Dr. Reddy’s office. Every call goes to voicemail. At the New Horizon Surgery Center in Marion Ohio the nurses also complained that even though the Center has the number to his “hot line” they also are never able to speak to anyone. Dave the PA set up a schedule of shots every two months then fails to actually schedule them. Two month intervals turned to 3, then 4-5 months with me continuing to call & leave messages. Their one nurse works her tail off but running an office as inefficiently and in a way thats inattentive to effectively treating patients pain which is what that office exists to do is unacceptable. For the last 3 months I’ve attempted to contact his office via MyChart & over the phone to no avail. I recommend if you are in pain and need help , look elsewhere. Dave the PA is either being run ragged or isn’t capable / up to the job.

The staff and Dr is very incompetent. Went in seen the Dr after going through loopholes after seeing the nurse practitioner that would not help me they only want to burn the nerves in my back or injections. I didn't want pain pills only other therapies. He kept on saying I don't write scripts repeatedly. I told him over and over im wanting other therapies and I suggested PT. Thought everything was good set up everything with therapy and then he turns around and notes that I came in requesting pain meds I told him I want that removed from my mychart or im contacting the medical board. Iv heard nothing. So I'm going to file a complaint.

I hv been going to Dr. Reddy for the better part of three years for pain management. I hv cervical and spinal stenosis and am in pain most of the time until I found Dr Reddy the other doctors wanted to do surgery. After four I did not want another. With the injections I get from Dr Reddy I am able to move around, walk and enjoy my life. His staff is superb so professional and compassionate. I give the Dr. and the staff 5 stars.

Dr reddy seems ok but his nurses in the marion office are incompetent and lazy. We showed up for an appointment that had been canceled and they were just sitting there with their feet kicked up on the table eating. When we tried to talk to them about my husband prescriptions and the insurance issues we were having that we needed a new prescription wrote up from the doctor, they acted like we were asking them to comnit a crime or something and basically told us we need to deal with our own insurance problems. Very rude and not helpful at all. Still waiting on my husband's prescriptions.

Saw this doctor for about 6 mos. Had 3 injections, which didn't give me any relief. When I returned I told him that I hadn't gotten any relief and asked what my options were. At first he tried to get me to say I actually did get relief, but when I told him I didn't he got really angry and said what is it you want drugs?! I said absolutely not, I told you that when u first saw u. He said I was lying and was probably just a drug seeker. I said well I brought you my pharmacy records and you check the Ohio opioid report every appt so you know that's not the case. He stormed out of the room without another word and no one else said another word to me. He wasted my time, my money, and really upset me me. Avoid like the plague. This man seems completely unbalanced.

Went to him for a total of five appointments. My doctor sent me over to him for an injection in my spine, it took nearly a month to actually set up an appointment with them as they never called me, I called them and they kept telling me they'd call back to schedule me. Finally got in, appointment #1 was him saying I needed an injection. Already knew that, but whatever. Set up an appointment for the first of three injections, appointment time was at 3 and I was told to arrive by 2:45. I did, and didn't get taken back until 3:50. He said a total of six words to me on that appointment, the nurses did all the talking and he didn't say anything other than to warn me when he was about to stick the needle in. The injection didn't do anything for me, went back two weeks later for another injection and the wait was the same. He was just as "friendly" the second appointment, and the second and third injections did nothing to help my pain. After injection number three I was setup with an… appointment with the other doctor here. Went to see Dr. Boley in the same building after my three injections were done, and he just shrugged me off. Offered no help, said it's unfortunate the injections didn't relieve any pain and he wished me well. That was all. I'm sure I left out some of the details and terrible aspects of everything, but just thinking back to my appointments makes me angry at how awful everything was.This place is a joke and both doctors have no care for any patients whatsoever. The absolute only upside is the fact that I'm done with him and won't ever return.

When consulting a physician regarding a chronic illness, I expect to be treated with some degree of courtesy, if not respect. The women who sign you in are courteous, and professional. It's all downhill from there. The people in Dr Reddy's office, including the doctor, and phys asst, are unprofessional, discussing matters which are supposed to be private, without regard for anyone's privacy. Furthermore, the doctor is suspicious of everyone, which isn't helpful. I progressed to have injections within months, he requires an MRI before every series of injections, which is excessive, might not be covered, and don't let his office keep the MRI disc - they will lose it. There is a lack of effective communication, which led to an entire series of injections that had no effect on pain. The doctor and his assistant communicate in an entirely different manner, and there's no meeting of the minds, entirely ineffectual for the patient. There was a second series of injections, which… produced some relief, but not enough to continue with this very expensive therapy. This is the only therapy Dr Reddy provides - injections - that's it. I don't know how the man stays in business. Very disappointing.

I had severe pain in my groin and testicular pain from the time I was 18 years old until I was 38 and met Dr. Preddy. He reviewed much of what every other doctor had tried, we tried a few remedies and he completely solved my issues. I am pain free today. He spent a great deal of time evaluating my condition, was very sympathetic and did not just try the typical things other doctors had tried. I highly recommend him.

A very moody man. He's like Dr. Jeckyll - Mr. Hyde. Lookout if he's in a bad mood. No one should have to be submitted to such rudeness and intimidation. Very unprofessional bedside manner!!
