The worst experience that I ever had in US. To be clear - I didn’t get a chance to see this doctor because of the receptionist in her office (17100 Collins Ave). Extremely rude and unprofessional ladies. Very unattended, unwelcoming staff. The first question was - “what is your insurance”? - Florida blue. Their answer was: “we don’t accept this insurance”. I asked - are y sure? because I found you on the Florida blue web cite. They rolled their eyes and said: “okay, let me check if you already here”. When she was checking my ID and insurance they were talking between each other about one patient, that was a “piece of s...”, called this patient really bad names. I felt really bad for this guy and disgusting because of the behavior of these receptionists. I didn’t get the service, because they weren’t interested in this and left with nothing, except a really sad mood. So embracing to have ppl like this working in medicine.

people in the office arent professional at all , dont know how to respond to a paitient properly,never can find the referrals send by another physician, Dr.Golbraykh is ok ,good diagnostician

I have been a patient on and off for almost 10 years. But every time when I have a real problem I know doctor Golbraykh will find an answer. She has a lot of patience and as much knowledge as cardiologist neurologist and surgeon and many other specialists together. If my health is in real trouble I would come to her even if I have to wait for hours.

Attentive, compassionate doctor. I do not have to go from specialist to specialist to look for diagnosis. Dr. Golbraykh knows a lot and always ready to listen and spend all needed time with you. Office is busy and can be crowded but people are willing to wait for a good doctor. Appointment scheduling can be a challenge.
