Dr. Yijun Fan, MD

Who takes the time to attack other people's comments about a DR? That is their opinion. In any case, I think Dr. Fan is an OK "General Neurologist." If you have something unusual, he won't be your guy. He is a nice man, respectful and intelligent. He doesn't think outside the box, and isn't a risk-taker. Office staff was fine.

To the two people that wrote SUCH NASTY THINGS! Maybe its you and you need to find someone who will lie to you. Dr Fan and his staff are AWESOME!!! Her name is Cici, that just goes to show you are not just a dumb person but stupid too!! Cici is a wonderful person and has done nothing but help pt as long as i have been there. She has bent over backward, stayed late to make sure patient are Called back and taken care of when she could have put you off. I love Dr. Fan cause he is real and he cares. If you dont like them LEAVE!! I dont want to see you there. Thank you and GOODBYE!!!!

DONT LOST YOUR TIME WITH THIS OFFICE Dr. Fan office staff is extremely rude spoke with SISI the office manager she is been there for 21 years and she think she can make decisions in behalf of the DR. she affect the patient because of her lack in professionalism because she didn't want to pass the questions that I have to the DR. just because she feel she have seniority doesn't mean she can make decisions in behalf of DR name SISI is a negligent person lack of professionalism

Horrible experience with this Dr AND his staff. Reading the other reviews, I KNOW many of them are faked by the office staff. There is a common thread among the low ratings. A total lack of bedside manner by Dr Fan, a lack of empathy and a belittling manner. I had already been diagnosed by the Dr with anklosing spondylitis, all he had to do was give me meds. Nope. I got the idea he believed I was faking! The office staff is very rude and never at all helpful. I had problems with their athena portal, and I work on computers, so it was not ignorance on my part. I have never ever been to a Dr that made me feel so unimportant and ignored.

I am a patient of Dr. Yijun Fan. Because of the Humira medication I take for rheumatoid arthritis, my immune system is depleted. I called the doctor's office and wanted to put off my appointment because of this and they canceled all of my prescription refills. This is very disappointing. I didn't think they would do this, I thought they would do video chats or at least understand and just delay canceling prescription refills and reschedule my appointment to help in the coronavirus situation we are having now. Now I have to find a new doctor it go through withdrawals from all of my medications cold turkey. Guess that's not such a very caring doctor huh?

My appointment was for 8:30 am. Was told to be early to fill out paperwork. Was not seen until after 10am but the whole visit was a total waste of time. His total lack of bedside manner coupled with the horrible Athena medical record system means I will NEVER go back! Argued with me about if I have psoriasis or not when I have had it my entire life! Treated me like some faker. I have had excellent Drs at Baylor who actually helped me instead of being insulting about other medical issues like Cancer and depression. If he had anklosing spondylitis and was in horrible pain he would be depressed too! The lab is in some old abandoned office and smells like a moldy dead body! Go sniff for yourself!

He cares for his patients. Very understanding.

I've been seeing Dr. Fan since 2008. I couldn't even get up and down without help and I was only 50 years old. Within 2 months I was doing much better. Within 6 months I was back to my normal routine. I wouldn't see anybody but Dr. Fan. I love his office staff as well.

I have been seeing dr fan for over 17 years. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with his care. His nurse Cici goes over and beyond the call of duty and has called me after hours when the clinic was closed. Christine is quick with getting me in and out with everything I need. Dee is a great greeter!! she always know our names and greets us with a hug smile. I even get hugs from the staff when I'm feeling down. For the person who wrote the last statement, you are crazy and need more than arthritis help. You need mental help cause that crew together makes my life worth living. I got my life back!!! Thanks Dr Fan and crew(ladies)

Office is busy now due to merger with another Drs. patients, but the staff took a vendetta against me, Dee especially was confused about my paperwork and office manager Cici talked down to me and barred me from the practice. So I cannot see the doctor I chose. Good luck to future patients, don't mess up with bridge troll Dee or you will have bad luck the rest of your day.
