Dr. Cui received her medical degree from Beijing Medical University. Her Ph.D. in Molecular Genetics was at University of Medicine & Dentistry of New Jersey. Her internship and residency in internal medicine were at Albert Einstein Medical Center in Philadelphia. Dr. Cui finished her hematology/oncology fellowship at the University of Washington/Fred Hutchinson Cancer research Center in 2003. She gained experiences both as a primary oncologist/hematologist caring for community patients, and as a consulting hematologist/oncologist at the Seattle Cancer Care Alliance (SCCA), proving second opinions or continuity care for patients with complicated diagnostic or treatment challenges. She most recently worked with Southlake Clinic before joining Valley Medical Oncology & Hematology. Dr. Cui practices general medical oncology/hematology. Her goal is to provide care for each patient with the most current evidence/science based medicine. From her research background, she enjoys educating patients and their family members, and welcomes them to participate in the decision making process during the course of diagnosis and treatment. Dr. Cui is Board Certified in medical oncology. She is fluent in English and Mandarin Chinese.
