DR. JACKSON IS VERY PROFESSIONAL, AND HAS A VERY NICE WHY OF HANDLING CHILDREN. I BRING MY 3 KIDS TO HER OFFICEAND SHE HAS DONE SUCH A GREAT JOB WITH THEM. THE OFFICE IS KEPT CLEAN AND ORGANIZED. ITS THOSE PARENTS WHO TRY TO EAT IN THE OFFICE AND ALLOW THEIR CHILDREN TO RUN ALL OVER THE PLACE THAT BOTHERS ME...

This Dr doesn't care about her patients. Both of her offices are dirty with stcky floors, dirty stuff on garbage cans, and there is no garbage cans for diapers. Their equipment is old and broken. Dr Jackson and her nurse's don't wash their hands before touching your child. She doesn't spend enough time with you and her staff is rude. I will not be coming back to this trashy place and I wouldn't suggest anyone to come here. Both places need to be reported to the board of health.

Very nice doctor,who is straight to the point, but the office and the room I was in was dirty and the place smelled funny. Also their equipment is very old.

I love her. Very Caring and committed. Sometimes the wait gets a little crazy, but that won't make me look for another doctor.

I LOVE DR. JACKSON SHE HAS BEEN SO KIND AND PATIENT WITH MY DAUGHTER. MOST OF MY FRIENDS ALSO SEE HER AND WOULD NOT GO ANYWHERE ELSE. OTHER DOCTORS SOMTIMES DO NOT LISTEN TO WHAT YOU ARE SAYING AND DO NOT TAKE YOUR THOUGHTS INTO ACCOUNT, BUT SHE DOES. I RECOMMEND HER TO ANYONE WHO WOULD LIKE A GOOD, PATIENT, DOCTOR...

Carolyn J (last name refused to be given when asked) was extremely rude and unprofessional when patient requested documentation for IRS audit. Carolyn J charged the patient for such a letter and then did not provide a professional document on letterhead or even with correct spelling. Found Staff to be very disrespectful!!! Carolyn J especially.
