My experience with Dr. Thigpen was excellent. The outcome of my surgery was excellent. The surgery resolved the problem and it has been some years and I'm still not having any problems. I am happy that she is still in the area and that my insurance changed so that I can go see her again soon. She is compassionate and knowledgeable. I was up and moving with minimal post op pain and this was amazing to my nurses as I am a bloodless patient.

Dr. Thigpen was the best she took very good care of me and made me feel comfortable, loved in a way and she calmed me when I was scared about my csection when the day came she made me laugh and she helped me understand everything that was going to happen and talked me through it while it was happening she even helped me when I was undecided about my daughter's name!!!! She named her Kenadi she was so amazing with helping my husband and myself plan my csection and just being there every step of the way ! That was 2012 I don't know why she came across my mind but Thank you!!!!!!

I love Dr.Thigpen not only was she my Dr. that brung my son into this world. She has a great personality and bedside manner. She is a sweet and sincere person, but I think of her as friend and as family.

Dr. Thigpens certifications doesn't match her skill-set. With all her education she could not diagnose my problem, didn't seem knowledgeable in her field, Is never on time for scheduled visits, half way performs her job. The level of care given is based on how good your insurance is. She does not return calls...she only responds during scheduled visits. Her additional certifications seem more like week long training courses that are allowed after being degreed. The state of Ohio has extremely low standards and everything is about profit not quality or service I would not recommend this doctor nor any other at cleveland clinic They expect to be compensated even when they dont provide adequate care
