Her Google reviews are True. I fired her after a month. Also, if she makes it seem like you Have to drink the glucose drink to measure your blood sugar—she’s Lying. You can use juice or jellybeans!

I am very surprised by the negative reviews. I have been a patient of the practice for over ten years. I first started seeing Dr. Campbell and then over the years as the providers changed, saw other physicians. Not only was EACH ONE considerate with spending time to address my needs but they were very knowledgeable and resourceful. Walking into the office has been like walking in to visit with friends. Granted, everyone cannot relate to having comforting friends that you can talk to about anything but that has been my experience with the office staff. I admit that I was skeptical of Dr. Hackney's personality when I met with her. I thought that her facial expressions meant that she was judging me and that her tone was demeaning. I AM SO GLAD THAT I DID NOT LET MY EMOTIONAL RESPONSE TO HER GET THE BEST OF ME... Dr. Hackney is one of the best physicians that I know! She is smart, funny, witty, confident, a quick thinker, knowledgeable, and resourceful. I learned that her expressions… were her way of thinking of clinical ways to resolve my issues and her tone was her way of ensuring me that I too had to be accountable for my gynecological/obstetrical health. It was in her facial expressions that she was pondering my health as an older woman having her first child. It was in those expressions that she knew during my delivery that my daughter had to come out immediately in order to survive. I am forever thankful to Dr. Hackney for her intuitiveness when delivering my daughter. I have the healthiest, happiest baby ever! So if you are looking for a practice where staff are robotic and providers just write you prescriptions and send you on your way then do not schedule your appointment at Metropolitan Women's Group. Metropolitan Women's Group is a practice that cares about your entire being as a woman and has providers who will hold you accountable to being your best you.
