I am writing this on behalf of my friend’s poor experience. Long story short, their blood count had to be heavily monitored after two emergency blood transfusions from an extremely low blood count. After being released from the hospital, they found out the doctor never scheduled their follow up blood work. When they called to schedule the receptionist at Penn Medicine Voorhees was very rude and said they had to schedule two weeks in advanced for blood work, although the doctor said the blood work needed to be done no later than the next day. Between the poor customer service at Penn Medicine and the Doctor not scheduling this follow up appointment like they were supposed to, I would strongly not recommend this staff to anyone.
