After being told by staff (Stephanie) that it's not a long wait at all, they put me in a room with a closed door for 49 minutes. When I went to notify the assistant who put me in there (tall, heavy set gentleman) he didn't even know that I was still in there and thought that I had already been seen by Dr. Moy. When I informed this urologist about the chaos and waiting for an hour, Dr. Moi told me that it's usually a 2 HOUR wait to see him even with an appointment, UNLESS your appointment is before 9 am. He does not schedule before 9 am. He was very short, didn't seem to be interested in hearing from the patient and In a rush to see the next patient who has been waiting for 2 hours. Basically, to him, your time, work and health mean absolutely nothing!

Just love Dr. Moy. He is the best. Compassionate, explains everything, super knowledgeable and takes time to listen. Couldn’t be happier with him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Moy's based on a recommendation from a co-worker. I liked him right away and found him great in explaining the two procedures that he did for me. He always takes time and I have no problem recommending him to friends and relatives as he is now also my husbands doctor who really likes him as well.

I have been seeing Doctor Moy about 5 years now and have had two surgical procedures done by him. Dr. Moy takes his time with you, is very passionate and caring and I recommend him highly to all my friends and relatives.

Despite his credentials, York Moy is incompetent, arrogant and whose ability to correctly diagnose, treat or show the slightest degree of concern for his patients wellbeing is nil. If you want a doc who's anger and ego are his top priority, he's your guy.
