Dr. Young-Soo Song, MD

My husband had a significant medical emergency and was hospitalized this summer. Dr Song was the nephrologist assigned to him while he was in the hospital. He was deeply unpleasant. He did not explain things well. He did not answer any questions. When a very rare tumor came up as a potential diagnosis he twiddled his fingers together like Mr Burns on the Simpsons in front of us. He accused me of domestic abuse, he ordered invasive and unnecessary tests, he got IRATE when we opted to delay one of those invasvice and unnecessary tests and actually threw his hands in the air and shouted "THERE IT IS" when we said we wanted a second opinion and that I'd already reached out to MGH. He has no business seeing patients. Find a different doctor.

Dr Song is outstanding.He listens he explains things carefully and clearly and he does not judge you he is there to help you.i believe this man has put my health on track where others from outside of lahey have disregarded my concerns and Dr Song actually calls you himself. Wonderful gifted Doctor.
