Dr. Yvonne M Tsai, MD

We have been with Dr.Tsai since my son was 2yrs old now 11, She is the only person I trust with eye care, after a couple bad experiences at emergency rooms and urgent cares I will always call her 1st. She is right on top of everything and always on call, very knowledgeable even on rare conditions and will talk you through everything even if over the phone at 5am. She really care about her patients. Thankful for her help

Tsai had no patience for my child, assumed that since we were referred to her rather than go to her first, that we neglected our child. Would not allow us to convey her worthless opinion to our pediatrician stating she would attend to it. Got help somewhere else. After child well, got a call from pediatrician that she was concerned because a dr. tsai had called her to follow up on a condition the pediatrician was unaware of and that we were neglecting our child. Thanks for the hassle and extra fee!!!!!! Don't take your child here!!!!!!!

If you are retired or have nothing to do for hours this is the place for you.

Knowledgable , however she can rush appointments and does not take the time to talk if you have concerns. Impatient with children an not companionate . I have low vision and when I asked what my options were since I was young she told me to get use to it, I am not the only one going through this . This made me feel like she didn't care. I found another doctor who pointed me in the right direction and gave me the support I needed.

We have been going to her for 19 years, she saved my daughter from having eye surgury she asked us for a year to get it back to normal, another doctor wanted to operated immediately. She takes whatever time is needed with the patient, her practice is extremely busy but very well run. I always sing her praises,
