Dr. Zachariah Chambers has the following 2 specialties
Anesthesiologists are physicians who are trained to administer anesthetics, which are medicines used to block nerve sensation. Anesthesia can be either local to one specific part of a body, like a tooth, or regional to block feeling to a larger portion of the body, such as during an epidural for child birth. It can also be more general to block sensation to the entire body, resulting in unconsciousness.
Anesthesiologists assist in surgery by determining how much anesthesia is necessary and by monitoring the patient's level of responsiveness and vital signs throughout the procedure. The anesthesia specialist will also bring the patient out of anesthesia and then continue to monitor his or her vital signs post-operation.
Besides assisting in surgeries, anesthesiologists may also treat patients suffering from chronic pain.
- Pain Management
A pain management specialist is a physician with advanced knowledge and training in diagnosing and treating pain. These doctors do not come from one particular discipline, but rather use their respective backgrounds to contribute a varied approach to the field of pain management.
These specialists use their different skills and training in pain management to treat pain stemming from different causes - whether it's neuropathic pain or headache, or the result of injury, a surgical procedure, cancer or another illness.
Pain management specialists are primarily trained as anesthesiologists, physiatrists, interventional radiologists, neurologists, osteopaths, or primary care physicians.

Thank you for the kind words. I sometimes have a habit of getting behind in seeing patients. It is hard for me to not answer a question, or not resolve a concern. I want to thank you for being patient with me. I am simply trying to give the best care possible to each of my individual patients. At A to Z Pain Management it is my goal to treat EVERYONE with care, with kindness and with a desire to treat them like a person not like a number.
A real good person, he does care about his people.
Michael, Thank you so much for your comments. It means so much coming from you. I'm not perfect but I do care about my patients. My main goal and desire is to help you and everyone else that I treat to find relief from their pain. I can't promise that anyone will be pain free but I do my best to reduce the pain as much as possible so that you can enjoy life a little more. Thanks again.
Very rude doctor. It's all about the $$$ with him. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone.
I'm sorry that you feel this way. Unfortunately this was written by a anonymous source so I cannot respond directly to the complaint. However I can say that at A to Z Pain Management my primary focus is to treat your pain in a compassionate manner. I understand that living with pain can cause much more suffering than can be shown on a pain scale. Everyone that is close to you suffers with you. I try to do what I feel is best for each of my patients. If this differs from what you feel is best I always take the time to resolve any of your concerns.
I had been going g to this pain dr. For five years until it sold ,the new dr. A dusted my meds by taking 180 pain meds away then when dr. Chambers saw me the next month she kept questioning everything that the dr. Th month before had done ,I was in a wheelchair with a new operation and a large open wound where my leg was cut to my knee about 2 feet by 2 inch and sliced down and put in my heel to replace the meat in my heel that had got infection and rotted , I was in horrible pain from the pins just put in my ankle, the dr. Cut my meds another 120 ,I could not sleep cod not stop crying, the pain was and is to much ,I can't live like this ,it makes you think you are better off dead.
Hello George, You sound frustrated in your comments and I'm sorry you felt that way. As a physician my number one priority is to "do no harm." That means that sometimes I need to make tough decisions to keep my patients safe. Pain medications can be very harmful if used in high doses over short periods of time. At the time I may have felt that you were in danger of overdose or another dangerous situation. In all cases such as these I use my best judgement to keep my patients safe with the best pain relief possible.
