Dr Schneider is a great doctor but his office is very hard to get an appt with. Nothing is available to schedule via online. If you call and select existing patient, you get "phones are busy, call back later." If you call & select new patient, you get a person in another Bay Care office who cannot help to schedule an appt. I was told months ago it was a problem with the phones that was being fixed but it is still happening.

I can't Imagine any one giving Dr Schneider or his nurse practitioner or staff anything less than 5 stars. He's been my primary Dr since he started his practice 10 years ago. He never rushes me is on top of my past tests and all ways keeps me up to date on my blood tests ECT. Always has a positive attitude and interest in my well being.im 62 years old and I've had a few different primary Dr's through the years due to me moving or the Dr retiring.Dr Schneider is the best primary Dr I've had. His nurse practitioner is always happy to help me with any medical question or adjusting my meds when I call in and the staff is also extremely professional. I don't have anything negative about my experiences with Dr Schneiders practice.

Dr. Schneider has always been helpful and on a number of occasions has made a special effort to work me in when there have been unexpected medical problems. He has been able to diagnose quickly and accurately when there are medical issues, some of which in my case were serious. His staff is also generally on top of things and takes care of paper work, medication refills and other matters quickly. I really appreciate this doctor.

Dr Schneider takes time with you, polite and informative. His office personnel is efficient. My test results are called in to me within a day or two. Baycare experience is excellent. Very glad he was referred to us by friends.

My previous physician of 28 years retired. I was concerned about finding a doctor that I could trust and rely on. I found that doctor in Dr. Schneider. He has been an excellent doctor for me. I am glad to have found his practice.
