I absolutely love Dr. Spigelman and followed him from Framingham to Burlington just to continue seeing him. I originally went in to see him with some strange symptoms. As everyone else says, he spent quite a long time asking questions and answering mine. He gave me a diagnosis that was right on. I visit him every six months in Burlington and he always amazes me with his brilliance, attention to detail and attention to me!!

Dr. Spigelman is very special. When I first met with him I was extremely ill & no one seemed to know what was wrong with me. Now, his specialty is hematology and oncology, but he had it recommended to me to meet with him by someone who knew how gifted he was. At our first meeting, Dr. Spigelman spent 30 minutes just listening to my symptom list. Then he did a very gentle and careful physical examination. I never felt like he was in a hurry. Quite the opposite. He was so compassionate and took his time with me - he really listened. Then he td me he thought I might be suffering from Lyme Disease and one or more co-infections. This was his guess going on only talking with and examining me. When blood tests came back, he was exactly right! What still blows my mind is that he diagnosed me accurately not only with one disease, but with co-infections, & even more amazing - he had never before seen a Lyme patient in his practice. This is the most gifted and knowledgeable doctor I have ever… met. His wait time can be long, but that is due to the fact that he spends so much time with his patients. He is well worth it. I rated him 4 stars for promptness because this doctor is a 4 star doctor. I'd give him 5 stars if I could!

Dr. Spigelman is caring, brilliant and intuitive. He is an amazing diagnostician, someone to go to when other doctors cannot figure things out.

My father was misdiagnosed from other doctors so I was in a desperate need of finding a good doctor. Dr Spigelman was highly recommended to me and I took my chance to bring my father in. First impressions were great! To start with Suzette (assistant for the appointment) who was very polite and always ready to help me with any questions I had. When we met the doctor he took his time and carefully and thoroughly checked my father, answered every questions we had. The next things were the follow ups, he made us feel like he was a family member with his caring and devotion to always be there when we needed him!! It is a very rare quality in doctors!!! He cares for his patients. I just wish there were more doctors like him to make us feel well taken cared!!!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM!

Dr. Spiegalman and his staff are the kindest, wonderful and caring group of professionals I have ever come across. He and his staff listen and followup on things and provide the most excellent hedical care I have found. Yhanks to them a;;. Karen M.

Dr. Spigelman comes into his exam room and holds out his hand and says "Hi, I'm Zach"! He is not the least bit impressed with himself (but he should be). In my 70's and "Zach" is the very best, thorough, compassionate, excellent diagnostician, and follow-up doc I have EVER dealt with. He is truly into the medical field because he wants to HELP people and that's even after 25 years in practice. Don't EVER change "Zach".

Dr. Spigelman is one of the best doctors there is .. He is compassionate and goes above and beyond the call of duty . To be sick is a nightmare but to call Dr spigelman my physician is a blessing ....

I am an oncology practitioner and I have never been more impressed by the care and competence of a physician. Dr. Spigelman is not only thorough and clearly most competent, but he genuinely made me feel as if my care and outcomes were his most important concern. The time and care he took with the physical exam and history exceeded any I have experienced or observed in my 25 years of oncology practice. I wish every patient could have the kind of care that Dr. Spigelman provides.

If all doctors were like doctor Spieglman the medical field would be in good shape. He is compasionate and thourough. a wonderful doctor. MO
