will never see this doctor again and would not refer anyone to him. Very unprofessional I had to wait an hour and 25 minutes. found out from the receptionist that it was Friday and he had gone to prayers. don't know why people said that he was so caring because he was very cold and had a terrible bedside manner. I don't think this muslim likes white males. if you really care about your health do not see this doctor.

I had a very bad experience with this doctor and he was very unprofessional period I had seen him five or six times and had told him I was also having a male problem as well as my pulmonary problem. After my 6 visit I went in for an appointment and he had a female trainee following him during appointments. As soon as he was in the room he immediately started asking me about the mail problem in front of the female trainee period very unnecessary very unprofessional and very embarrassing and he did it purposely with a smile on his face. I would never refer anyone to this doctor.

Dr. Mughal is not only an excellent physician, he cares about his patients as well as the caregivers of his patients. He is always available to any issue of his patients.

This is not a criticism of the physicians or staff but of a way of doing things that is unacceptable and grossly unsustainable. Two weeks ago I waited 85 minutes from the time of the "appointment" until the MD came into the exam room. Today my wife waited 85 minutes before being taken in the exam rooms area and most likely is still waiting for the MD to appear. I write as I am about to hit TWO HOURS SITTING HERE. BAD FORM. And please remove the misinformation about the short wait. It is simply not the truth.

I went in to find out why I was having a hard time breathing at night while I sleep. My insurance required me to have a referral which I was unaware of. The office manager Ashley spent an hour and fifteen minutes of the phone getting it straight for me so that I could see the right doctor and have the right test done. I was so appreciative that she went above and beyond to do that for me. I will definitely go back because of her care for the patients.
