Dr. Zaid Aljuboori, MD

Zaid Aljuboori, MD, is a neurosurgeon[LJK1] . He treats adults for a variety of neurological conditions including aneurysms, strokes, arteriovenous malformations, dural arteriovenous fistulas, Moyamoya disease and stenosis of the carotid arteries. He also performs surgical aneurysm clipping and surgical resection of arteriovenous malformations, as well as endovascular treatment of aneurysms, strokes, fistulas and other conditions. The thing he loves most about his job, he says, is "helping patients, especially those with challenging conditions that require special expertise."Dr. Aljuboori earned his medical degree from Al-Mustansiriya Medical College in Baghdad, Iraq. After medical school, he completed a research fellowship in neuroscience at Harvard Medical School and a neurosurgery residency at the University of Louisville.
