The office personal isTerrible, no respect to members, they don't care. I have to wait since February until may and never call me and just play with the members time and needs. Go with Dr Pinto , they took care of my situation in a week.

Recently my BiPap machine failed requiring me to obtain a replacement. Health First Medical Equipment said I needed a new "Face to Face" with my Doctor...Dr. Elmaghraby. I attempted on two occasions to call the office and got an answering machine. I requested a call back to schedule an appointment. NO ONE EVER CALLED BACK! Additionally when I had the original sleep study done it was archaic requiring two (20 VERY expensive sessions at6 over $800 each. My Health First did not cover it at the time. My research indicated MOST other sleep studies were conducted at home using modern equipment that sent data back to the Technicians using the internet. This would have eliminated the need for a second study. In the end the prescription worked reasonably well but felt like there was a need to pay for the expensive outdated sleep lab when less costly alternatives were available. Dr Elmaghraby was professional and knowledgeable but seemed like he was not up on the latest techniques… available at the time. For my replacement I ended up going to my Primary Care doctor and having him review the original sleep study so he could help me move forward on getting a replacement machine which is FULLY modern and allows continuous automatic adjustment throughout the night AND can use the internet to send data to sleep Dr. when needed.

Made to feel that I was in good hands,,,,

Dr. Elmaghraby is such a great physician. He diagnosed me with Central Sleep Apnea after years of being miss diagnosed. I have struggled with sleeping issues since I was in my twenties. I finally made an appointment to be seen and after the testing I am doing amazing. Thank you Dr. Elmaghraby for giving me my life back.

I've seen numerous doctors all over the state trying to find one that cares enough to try and find out what is wrong with me. He is number "ONE) in my book out of over 90 doctors. Most of the doctors I saw at Shands Mayo Clinic Jacksonville fl and Miami favorite saying was " your just to compleacated, need to see a psychiatrist " but not Doctor Elmagraby. He's been my doctor for over last 10 years and saved my life 2 times. He always has great bed side manor with an extremely big heart.

This is a very capable and intelligent doctor who unfortunately in my experience is more concerned with selling his patients tests he profits from than focusing on practicing sincere medicine, as for example if I got a test her offers elsewhere he gets angry and upset and doesn't care my reason. He is very micro controlling and even though I have a very complicated pulmonary illness he does not want any other doctors outside his office involved in my treatment. He also has a policy of rotating his patients so that every time I go for a visit I see a different one of the six doctors in his practice, Which would seem to contradict his policy of not wanting other doctors but somehow it doesn't apply to his own practice and somehow fits his business plan which seems to be driven more by making the most profit for him rather than concentrating on what is the best care for his patients. So be careful of what tests you agree to and how much you will end up paying out of your pocket and… despite his policy of refusing to allow patients to see other doctors I would quietly get the opinion of another doctor before going ahead with any serious treatment plans with this physician or better yet find a different doctor entirely,g

Dr. E is highly respected by the nurses and respiratory therapists at Holmes Regional. That is where we heard about him. My sister had Pulmonary Artery Hypertension, which is a commonly misdiagnosed lung disease. Dr. E was so kind and compassionate with my sister, answering her many questions and concerns with patience and humor. I will forever be grateful for his care of my sister.
