Dr. Zdzislaw Jozef Chorazy, MD

After informing Dr. Chorazy and 3 staff members that I have a HISTORY of bladder cancer they billed out my visit with a diagnosis of CURRENT cancer when in fact I am cancer FREE. Hopefully I will never need new insurance because I am now labeled as having a malignancy. I did ask for and received a letter to submit to my insurance company, however this can have future reprecussions for years, as well as very upsetting to me.

Speaks fast. Is hard to understand. Does not explain things well. Rushes with patients.

After visiting the local ER for acute paraphimosis, I spent the next week trying to find a physician to follow up my case. That week I was in pain all the time and slept at most two hours per day. Finally, before visiting the ER again, I contacted Allied Urology (Saint Vincent Hospital) and they managed to schedule an appointment in two hours (I was lucky). I was a little earlier, but I was called as soon as I finished my paperwork. Then, the most incredible thing happened. After an initial review of my case, they called Dr. Chorazy who solved my problem in less than 5 minutes (even counting the explanation about my condition and prognosis). The next day follow up proved that I was in my way to good health! I recommend this institution with all my heart.

I WAS TREATED LIKE A SECOND CLASS CITIZEN BY THIS SO CALLED DOCTOR HE HAD NO COMPASSION FOR ME I HAVE CYSTITIS IT IS PRETTY BAD HE SAID TO ME WHAT DO YOU WANT ME TO DO ABOUT WELL I DID NOT SAY ANYTHING BUT I SHOULD HAVE SAID TRY ACTING LIKE A DOCTOR I AM A US CITIZEN SO WERE MY PARENTS AND MY GRAND PARENTS HE COMES TO MY COUNTRY FROM HIS COUNTRY...POLAND AND HOW DARE HE TREAT ME THE WAY I WAS TREATED NO COMPASSION VERY ARROGANT HOW DARE HE JUDGE ME FOR SOMETHING I HAVE NO CONTROL OVER! HE IS VERY UNKIND TREATED ME LIKE DIRT!!!!!

It is difficult to reach his office. You continue to get busy signals. You are put on hold for long periods of times. My experience at the hospital was anything but reassuring. There was a lack of communication between doctor and staff. Not sure if this was the hospital staff or the doctor. I have treated with him for a long time, but rarely feel a real diagnosis is made. You always feel he is too busy to spend time with you.
