Warning ?? Do not bring your loved ones here. My dad is sick and has multiple chronic conditions. If you call you have to wait on hold for a long time or they just forget about you all together. If you need a referral to a specialist you'll have to wait months. My dad has been waiting months to get the referrals he needs to see specialists. You just need people to come back to your office so you can make money and not give actually care for the health of sick people. The office staff is rude and incompetent. We will file a complaint to my dad's insurance about this office. Don't waste your time here. Reading the other reviews and seeing the responses from your office shows just how unprofessional you really are. Instead of fixing the issues your office clearly has you belittle the truths people are writing and take offense to bad reviews cause you're all unprofessional. A good office should fix their problems not make sick people sicker. Your office needs to be closed.

I have been going to this doctor for years. I used to like her and felt she had my best interest at heart. On the last 3 visits of the past year, I have asked for referrals to see a specialist for 3 different ailments and was always told I was fine and didn't need to see a specialist. She refused to give me a referral or x-rays. Well, I wasn't fine on any of those occassions (I even had a broken bone!) and it wasn't until my symptoms got really bad was I able to get a referral. That is completely unprofessional and now I don't trust her judgment. I will be changing doctors now.

I like Dr Jorro, but her staff and practice leaves much to be desired. I have been to this office at least 4 times in the last year. On my first visit they refused to see me because I had a cough due to COVID-19 protocols. They never asked me about any covid symptoms when I made the appointment or when they confirmed my appointment the day before. One of the reasons for my appointment was a cough which had not cleared up for over 3 months! My last appointment last week was horrible! Waited 1.5 hours to be seen by the PA (a lot of patients who came in after me left before I was taken back). I was there for follow up results of echo and chest ct. Both of which had findings but She didn't explain anything and acted Iike I had no issues of concern. When I read the echo report it indicated I had mild to moderate tricuspid regurgitation and mild mitral regurgitation. She didn't explain or even mention any of this to me! The chest CT indicated an abnormal radiograph, with scarring and… fibrosis. Again not discussed. After she left and I reviewed the reports I asked to speak with her again and at that time she agreed with me that I may need to see a pulmonologist and gave me a form with a recommendation. If I had not asked for and read the reports myself I would have walked away thinking everything was fine! NOT ACCEPTABLE!! They have no problem charging you for a doctors visit when you only see her assistant who obviously is not qualified to review and interpret these type of reports. I'll be looking for another doctor.

Dr. Jorro is never available. I have been going to her practice for about 4-5 years and till this day I have not met her in person. She is always booked. Last visit to her practice was a week ago. I waited 2 and half hours to be seen.

Love how she seems to remember everything and is really cautious when making a diagnosis.

Dr. Jorro is a good doctor, easy to talk to and takes time with patients. The office just needs to manage time better, they're below average in that aspect. The wait times are insanely long.

Don't refuse anything with the paperwork regarding a picture or you won't be seen and their attitude changes even if you are on time for your appointment and will waiting already for an hour. Office Scott sparks day will speak Spanish in front of you will call you by your last name without even putting the proper greeting in front of it. Where my experience as soon as you walk in the door you see bars on an inside window and the front desk girl isn't even smiling or greet you with a Hello.
