Dr. Zubeda Saied Khan, MD

Are used to bring a family member there. We were set up with an appointment to have a small skin lesion removed. After doc started procedure, she told us that the room wasn’t prepped for surgery, told her assistant to set it up, then continued. The following week we came in for biopsy results. Doc Devastated, looked at chart and said “this is bad, this is REALLY bad”. Then she put her reading glasses on and said it was much better. Then followed a 10 minute story about her vision. I finally interrupted to ask about biopsy. All was good. I made another appointment and told the office it was specifically to do cognitive testing. We arrived for the appt, got weighed, went into exam room. Doc looked at chart in computer and went on and on about the 10 lbs the elderly patient had lost in the past month and how it could be from colon cancer, stomach cancer, or any other cancer. Tests would be run ASAP. I said I didn’t notice any weight loss on her, what was the weight prior to this? Doc said… she didn’t know because 6 weeks ago they changed from paper files to a computer system. really? You can’t go back and look? Reluctantly she said they could probably find out and get back with me. A ten minute monologue about switching to computerized files. I interrupted to ask if there is a reason for this appointment noted anywhere. Doc said no, probably to rule out colon cancer. I told her about making the appointment to check cognitive function. Doc said she wasn’t prepared for that but when we come to go over cancer tests she would do the cognitive test. After making several phone calls, I found out the weight was within ONE pound for five years straight and must have been put into computer wrong the month before. We avoided doc for a while, the patient having a relatively ok relationship with her, and no medical issues. Time for a physical and I called ahead to remind them of cognitive test. Doc had test all pulled up on the computer and administered it well. Then during the physical exam, said she found a heart murmur and her office would schedule an EKG and call me with date. A few weeks later, not hearing from office, called and was put on hold for a while. Office came back and had a date scheduled. Where do we go for this? Oh, we do that right here. Really? I didn’t know you provided cardio services there. Oh yes we do, she said proudly. So we show up for this EKG and doc says, oh no we don’t do those things HERE. Then I start asking more questions like the severity (not bad at all) and how common it is in an 88 year old. Doc says that it would be odd NOT to hear this in someone this age. I ask if it is really necessary. She says probably not. I feel so awful that I waited this long to get out of there. Office personnel was super friendly but not very knowledgeable

Her medical assistant thinks she is the dr and she runs the show. Very unfriendly and lazy. She acts like she could careless about her patients

She could careless about what you tell her. The two girls that work with her are rude. The office is dirt. She makes you feel so unwelcomed. I have heard her talk about patients in the hallway. Very unprofessional.

great doctor, very caring

I think this doctor is one of the best doctors in the world. I would definetly refer her to anyone. I wouldn't trade this family doctor for anyone in the world. Thanks Dr. Zebueda Khan for caring about my health....

When you call, the staff couldn't be more unfriendly. They make you feel like you are a distraction to their day. Also, getting an appointment is so difficult. I couldn't get an appointment for another month!!! Also, it took 25 minutes on the phone to make a presciption request. Dr. Khan is amazing! It is just difficult to make it to her!
