Dr. Zuhayr T Madhun, MD

I saw Dr. Madhun for over 15 years before I moved to Cincinnati. I never realized how good Dr. Madhun was until I started looking fora new Endocrinologist in Cincinnati. If I were ever to move back to Cleveland, I'd go back to Dr. Madhun in a heartbeat. He is knowledgeable, personable and caring, A great combination.

Fantastic Dr. Really cares about his patients

Tried to get a appt. The secretary staff is utmost rude n told me 2 call back in the fall. Who does this? He takes my ins. They just don't wanna do their jobs!! Lazy broads. He needs 2 get a new staff asap!!!

told me it is illegal to change my basal settings. completely disconnected from diabetic reality and has no idea what you are going through. stick with a doctor in the Cleveland Clinic system

Dr. Madhun was my doctor for almost 15 years. He had gotten into some professional trouble and I finally saw he was back in practice and near me. His office is terrible at returning phone calls. I had to go to the office to get the ball rolling to get an appointment. Once my paperwork and test results were in they scheduled me for next day appointment. I'm disabled now and I cannot always drive. My husband wasn't feeling well and I couldn't find another ride in such short notice and I couldn't drive. It was unsafe for me to do so. I had to cancel my appointment. One of his staff called me informing me to get to the appointment or I'd have to pay a $50 fee before I'd even be able to reschedule that appointment. $50 I don't have. I called and practically begged them to ask Dr. Madhun if he'd waive the fee. The nasty sounding lady just called me back informing me that he was informed about me and he still wants that $50 fee to be paid. My heart just broke. This man seen me through a… bunch of stuff. He was part of my support system years ago when I was in a really bad place. He is so very smart. I've been so very sick. My diabetes, thyroid and other endocrine issues are making me feel so very sick. I just needed him to make me feel better again. I just cannot believe this. I know that there are policies and/or rules had I known that before I scheduled that appointment I would've scheduled a taxi or a backup. I couldn't find a ride that short notice. He never was about the money. He was about patient care. Above all else his patients needs were met. So sad.

Excellent staff. Dr Madun is wonderful! Listens and explains. Highly caring!

This office staff is awful. They are the face for the doctor and are doing him a complete disservice. They give you the impression that they are doing you a great favor and are just plain rude and unprofessional. Will be going elsewhere.. ????
