Elizabeth Isaacoff, MD

I really enjoy meeting new patients and helping them navigate the process of diagnosing and treating neuromuscular disorders. I am most fulfilled by the lasting relationships I form with my patients.My interest in neurology goes back to my undergraduate days at the University of Michigan, where I earned a bachelor's degree in Brain, Behavior and Cognitive Science. Afterwards, I obtained a Masters of Bioethics at the University of Pennsylvania. I completed my residency in neurology at University of Vermont Medical Center followed by a fellowship in neuromuscular medicine at the University of Pennsylvania.As a neuromuscular neurologist, I want my patients to know that while my focus is to diagnose and treat their conditions based on the latest medical science, I place an equal emphasis on what matters most to them by attentively listening to their concerns.
