Why I chose to pursue a career in healthcare?:I chose to pursue a career in medicine for the opportunity to help others and impact their lives in a positive way. I enjoy medicine because it allows the perfect way to use my skills but also combines all my interests. I love having the opportunity to think critically and problem-solve while also still having close interactions with people. What I want my patients to know about me?:I want patients to know that I am always all ears! I try to involve my patients in all decision-making and treatment plans and make the best decisions for everyone based on their individual case and preferences. I love developing meaningful and trusting relationships between patient and provider and hope that patients know that they can fully open up to me. A visit with me is always a judgment-free zone. What I do when I'm not seeing patients?:I enjoy traveling, reading and knitting! I'm always looking for my next big trip to plan. I also like to bake and spend …time with my dogs, Archie and Daisy. Mostly, I love spending time with my friends and family-especially my nieces and nephews!
