I am the founder and lead psychotherapist at Transit Health LLC. At Transit Health, our goal is to enable our clients thrive even in the midst of challenging life events. This informs my integrative approach to counseling which values who you are in relation to your experiences, environment and exposure. I use CBT, interpersonal, and psychodynamic approach to understand your psychological functioning and treatment.
