For the past 8 years, Faith has helped adults, children, & families of various backgrounds heal and live empowered authentic lives. She works skillfully and compassionately, partnering with her patients to manage a range of challenges including anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum struggles, grief, chronic and recurrent illness, work stress, relationship conflicts, and identity issues.
Faith works from a non-judgmental trauma-informed lens and is trained in several evidence-based methodologies including Motivational interviewing (MI), Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), Skills training in affective and interpersonal regulation Narrative therapy (STAIR-NST), Trauma-focused therapy, TARGET trauma affect regulation, Sanctuary model, and Dialectical behavioral therapy (DBT).In her spare time, Faith enjoys listening to uplifting Klove, watching funny content & dancing.
