Dr. Jonathan Zalamea received his medical degree in the University of Texas Medical School in 2016. As a member of the Houston Methodist Spine Center at Willowbrook, he understands that athletes and active individuals often have unique needs.

He can guide referrals to occupational therapy, recommend lifestyle changes, and help plan for specific performance and conditioning goals all the while handling your most basic health care needs.

His clinical interests include chronic musculoskeletal problems, concussion management, family medicine, sports medicine, and more. Dr. Zalamea strives to help you maximize your function and avoid time away from school, work, sports, and other activities.
