Dr. Kathleen Traywick Luskin

Dr. Luskin is an incredible doctor. I truly believe she saved my life.

I waited over a month to bring my 1 year old daughter to Dr. Luskin for food allergies. We live half and hour away, so I gave myself an hour and 15 mins to get to the office for our 8am appointment. I pre-checked my daughter in on the Scripps portal and had our location services on for our arrival. I took the day off work to bring my daughter in. We arrived in the office couple mins prior to 8:00am, and checked in with the front desk lady. She assured me we were already checked in through the portal. I asked her if I they had a restroom so I could change my daughters diaper as she had pooped on the way down. She told me to use the restroom right outside the office. I went to change my daughters diaper and came right back. They called another patient in and then called us in. The assistant told me that the doctor would not be able to do any testing because we were 10 mins late. I pleaded with her, telling her that we were in the office at 8:00am and that I let the front office lady… know that I was changing my baby’s diaper. I let her know I had taken the day off and left early to make sure to get to the office in time. She looked at me coldly and said the Dr. Is on a tight schedule and you will need to reschedule for testing. I could not believe how cold this office and the Dr. Had been. I had heard negative feedback from a local moms group regarding Dr. Luskin, but thought I would give her a chance. Never again. I don’t want my daughter to go to a Dr. With zero compassion and understanding. I give them Dr. a thumbs down! ????
