Summary
My approach is empathic, direct and challenging using cognitive behavioral therapy. I use person centered, positive psychology, energy psychology and mindfulness principles in my practice that align with my clients' values and belief systems.
I believe clients have their own answers and my role is a combination of teaching, coaching, counseling and guiding.
Hot yoga, travel, long walks, and hiking and camping are my hobbies along with enjoying time with my large family and closest friends. I am blessed to have 15 grandchildren and 6 amazing adult children and their partners. I am a student of metaphysics and find the universe we live in magical.
