Hi, I m Kellyn. I am a Licensed Social Worker and Certified Grief Counselor Specialist with experience working with adolescents, adults and older adults. I have a passion for assisting clients face difficult changes and loss in work, health, or relationships through building healthy coping skills, self perception and self compassion.
As each individual s experience is unique, I hope to come alongside you with a person centered approach utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), And Mindfulness Based Therapy.
