Summary
I've been a clinical social worker providing counseling for 15 years much of that time in community mental health. I help people with a variety of concerns and symptoms! I often utilize CBT, solution focused and motivational interviewing techniques.
Sessions are the time we come together so the client can process experiences, can set and work towards goals, and can heal. The client is the expert about themselves but I provide the space for progress. The change starts in sessions but continues and grows outside of sessions.
