This was my first visit with Lauren Hojnacki and I found her to be very positive and professional in her review of my previous bloodwork. This visit was provided in order to receive referral to a dietician regarding bloodwork results from my annual check-up. She reviewed my particular concerns and also called attention to a separate result that has required additional follow-up. I appreciate her thoroughness and responsiveness to my questions and concerns.

I had exceptional care during a very stressful medical situation. Not only was I cared for but at every level I felt welcome and attended to. In fact, this has been my experience for over 20 years as your patient. The provider did a great job. I've never filled out a survey but concluded that this was important to stop for a moment and realize all of the good work you all are doing.
